Non-accessible content 

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of the ‘A Perfect Match’ website, we are aware of some limitations, which we are working to fix. Below is a description of known limitations and potential solutions. Please contact us if you encounter an issue not listed below. 
Known limitations for the  ‘A Perfect Match’ website:
1.    Navigation menu accessibility: Some content has not been properly coded for the best experience with a screen reader.
2.    Video captions:  Some videos do not have closed captions or an equivalent text alternative or audio track to allow access to deaf or blind people. We are continuously working on adding them to more videos.  
3.    Video player – keyboard accessibility:  We are aware of some issues with the keyboard accessibility of our video player (when selecting the caption language from the menu, it is not possible to use the arrow keys to move between languages, this can only be done with the TAB key).   
4.    Some documents are in PDF format and are not accessible.
5.    Some images do not have proper alt text descriptions.
6.    Some pages have content in a language different than the one declared.
7.    Some pages contain elements with no sufficient colour contrast.
