Ingredients: 2 servings

  • Beetroot pickles from Sweden 60g
  • Shiso (large leaves) 2枚
  • Soya milk 150ml
  • Plain Yoghurt 50g
  • Honey 1 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp.
  • White sesame seeds to taste
     

Steps

  1. Blitz beetroot, shiso leaves, soya milk, yoghurt, honey and lemon juice in a blender.    
  2. Pour into a glass or similar and top with white sesame seeds.
