‘EU Food Fair Live!’ celebrates the Perfect Match of European and Japanese cuisine at Shibuya

Get ready to tantalise your taste buds and embark on a culinary journey like no other! The European Union (EU) is thrilled to announce the much-anticipated EU Food Fair Live! - The Perfect Match of European and Japanese Food, set to take place at Shibuya Cast, Tokyo, on 6-9 June 2024. 

An EU food truck will be stationed on-site, offering free tastings that showcase the diversity and quality of ingredients from across 27 Member States. In addition, for those looking to enjoy a full meal, three sponsored food trucks will be on-site every day offering special menus of EU ingredients paired with Japanese food. All this excellent food will be accompanied by live music from QP, and Frederic Viennot, a gold-medallist in jazz piano at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Lyon.

But the fun doesn't stop there! You can also immerse yourself in the art of cooking with informative workshops on 8-9 June (see schedule below) led by renowned chefs from Kurashiru, Japan's leading recipe video service. Learn about the origin stories and pairing possibilities of selected EU ingredients and discover the secrets behind creating the perfect culinary match.
