Ingredients - for 2 persons
- 100ml limoncello (30% alcohol)
- 100-150ml water
- 2 tbsp green Japanese peppercorns (approx. 15g)
Preparation
- Mix the limoncello and water together well in a container and freeze overnight.
- Scrape up with a spoon to serve in bowls, with some green Japanese peppercorns sprinkled on top.
