Ingredients - for 2 persons

  • 100ml limoncello (30% alcohol)
  • 100-150ml water
  • 2 tbsp green Japanese peppercorns (approx. 15g)

Preparation

  • Mix the limoncello and water together well in a container and freeze overnight. 
  • Scrape up with a spoon to serve in bowls, with some green Japanese peppercorns sprinkled on top.
