Ingredients: 2 servings
- Lübecker Marzipan PGI from Germany 150g
- Sugar 30g
- Egg 127g(Lx2)
- Flour 25g
- Strong flour 12g
- Baking powder small spoon 1/8
- Melted butter 45g
- Fruit of your choice (Strawberry, orange, blueberry, kiwi etc) some
Steps
- Add the beaten eggs to the Lübecker Marzipan from Germany a little at a time, mixing well.
- Warm the dough in a bowl to body temperature in a hot water, remove the bowl from the hot water and beat well with a whisk until the dough is cool and ribbon-like.
- Add the sifted flour, strong flour and baking powder together.
- Add a small amount of the batter to the microwave melted butter and mix well, then add it back to the whole mixture and mix well.
- Pour into buttered moulds and bake in a 180°C oven for 15 mins, then reduce the temperature to 160°C and bake for a further 20 mins.
- Remove from heat and decorate with fruit of your choice.
