Ingredient (For 2 – 3 persons)

  • Tuna (for sashimi) -1 steak of approx. 200g
  • Feta cheese from Greece - 30g
  • Tuscan (from Italy) Extra Virgin olive oil - Moderate amount
  • A pinch of salt and black pepper
  • Lemon
  • Hojiso leaves

How to cook

  1. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the tuna steak and add a teaspoon of olive oil. Quickly sear it at high heat until brown evenly.
  2. Cut the steak into easy-to-bite sizes, put them on a dish and sprinkle feta cheese flakes.
    Add a small amount of Extra Virgin olive oil, put Hojiso on them, and add lemon according to your taste.
